If you struggle with breathing problems, back pain, poor posture, recurring injuries, or reduced performance, the root cause is often hidden in breathing mechanics and spinal stability.

I’m a physiotherapist specializing in breathing biomechanics, movement neurophysiology, and functional rehabilitation. In my practice I analyze how breathing interacts with posture, core stability, and movement coordination. When the diaphragm and breathing patterns don’t function efficiently, the body compensates, often leading to pain, overload, or chronic dysfunction.

Through targeted breathing diagnostics and movement assessment, I help clients restore efficient breathing, improve spinal stability, and rebuild confident, pain-free movement, whether they are recovering from back problems, returning to sport, restoring pelvic floor function after childbirth, or supporting healthy movement development in children.

During the session we assess breathing mechanics, diaphragm function, posture, and movement patterns to identify the hidden cause of dysfunction.
