Athlète vétéran en athlétisme, vice-champion canadien au sprint chez les 45-49 ans, il est aussi entraîneur certifié niveau2 par Athlétisme Canada.

Fondateur du mouvement « SuperHumain™ », il offre son service d’instructeur pour Oxygen Advantage® en consultation privée, avec des cours en ligne ainsi que lors d’ateliers de groupe dans plusieurs villes du Québec.
