Maria Hunter

I am an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor focused on nervous system regulation and performance under pressure. My background in climbing and personal development has shaped my interest in using breathwork as a practical tool for managing fear, stress, and anxiety in real-world situations.
I have a particular focus on climbing, where breath control plays a key role in maintaining focus, reducing panic responses, and improving performance.

I offer 1:1 and group sessions designed to help people build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and stay calm under pressure in both sport and everyday life.
I also work remotely with people all over the UK and the world.
