About Me
Alongside my work as an Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Instructor, I am the founder and Head of Provision at ElevatEd, an alternative education setting built on a holistic approach to supporting young people who face emotional barriers to school attendance or have become disengaged from learning. For more than three decades I have worked across education, sport, and wellbeing sectors, driven by a commitment to helping children thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally. The mission is to build young people’s confidence, develop resilience, and rediscover a sense of purpose so they can reconnect positively with education, wellbeing, and their future. The power of the breath is utilised every single day.
My journey into breathwork began after a traumatic experience in 2020 that became a powerful catalyst for change. It led me into the world of yoga and an accelerated path toward me becoming a Yoga Alliance qualified yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Instructor. Today, breathwork sits at the heart of my practice, where I integrate the Oxygen Advantage’s scientific, evidence-based approach into personalised programmes for young people, athletes, leaders, and organisations to enhance performance, reduce stress and anxiety, and create healthier, more balanced lives.
Having played semi-professional football for over 20 years, representing the British Polytechnics national football team while studying at Carnegie College, and competed in Brazilian jiu-jitsu as a blue belt with SBG Manchester, I understand performance pressures first-hand. I skilfully and successfully guide clients through the transformative power of the breath to promote wellbeing, unlock potential, and optimise performance.
