I help clients to achieve their goals through appropriately designed training and adjusting the diet according to their individual needs.

I place great emphasis on mastering the right technique and training set up. Not only to prevent injuries and overtraining, but for long-term progress and maintaining quality movement into old age.

I am actively engaged in strength and conditioning training focused on healthy movement.
