Conocí Oxygen Advantage y me certifiqué como instructor avanzado gracias a mi hermano y mentor Lucas Osorio @elrespironauta, con estas bases decidí centrarme en la sexualidad humana, enfocándome en la salud, la sexualidad alternativa y el cuerpo; incentivando la exploración, el disfrute y el placer a través de la respiración y los sentidos.
Mi misión en la vida es ayudar a las personas a conocer y amar su cuerpo, su sexualidad y a sí mismas usando la respiración para mejorar su salud, desempeño y placer con su pareja.

I learned about Oxygen Advantage and certified as an advanced instructor thanks to my brother and mentor Lucas Osorio @elrespironauta, with this foundation I decided to center myself in human sexuality, focusing on health, alternative sexuality and the body; encouraging exploration, enjoyment and pleasure through the breath and the senses.
My mission in life is to help people to know and love their body, their sexuality and themselves by using the breath to improve their health, performance and pleasure with their partner.
