About Me
One breath can change everything. Dr. Meaghan Sullivan has built her career proving it.
Based in Washington, DC, Meaghan is a Sport and Performance Psychology Specialist and Certified Professional Coach who has worked with Division I athletes, U.S. Air Force personnel, and U.S. Army Special Operations Forces. She brings a proven track record of training high-level performers on the mental skills that separate good from exceptional.
As founder of Master Mind Performance Coaching and Consulting, Meaghan offers virtual coaching and consulting services to individuals ready to optimize their mental performance—whether in sport, school, work, or life. Her approach is built on a powerful foundation: functional breathing. She believes the breath is the body's most underutilized performance tool, a direct link between mind and body that most people never learn to harness. From there, she trains clients to manage performance anxiety and stress, sharpen attentional control, regulate intrusive thoughts and emotions, and optimize sleep quality.
Meaghan works with individuals who are committed to doing the work—those ready to optimize their breathing, master their minds, and unlock peak performance in every area of life.
Meaghan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Butler University, where she competed as a four-year Division I student-athlete on the women's softball team. She completed her graduate studies at the University of Missouri, earning her Master of Education in Counseling and Sport Psychology, followed by her PhD in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Sport and Performance Psychology.
