I teach functional breathing through Atemstark, my practice near Zurich, Switzerland.
I am a certified Oxygen Advantage® Instructor with a background in business, performance training, and lifelong involvement in sports. My work focuses on helping professionals, leaders, and teams improve focus, resilience, and performance through functional breathing and nervous system regulation.
Modern work environments often demand sustained concentration, fast decision-making, and the ability to perform under pressure. Breathing is one of the most powerful and practical tools to influence stress regulation, cognitive performance, and recovery.
