About Me
Nat Laurence is a mind–body coach, Bikram Yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator based in Cronulla, Sydney, and the founder of Breath Guides. She works primarily with busy mums balancing demanding careers or businesses alongside family life, supporting them to develop calmer energy, clearer focus, and greater resilience during sustained mental or physical stress.
Natalie’s work is shaped by her own professional journey. After years in high-pressure corporate environments, she experienced social anxiety and fear in group and leadership situations. This led her to explore how breathing patterns influence stress tolerance, emotional regulation, and nervous system responses in both everyday life and performance-critical settings.
Her understanding of breathing deepened through personal training with a mentor, where she experienced structured breath-led practices that created profound shifts in anxiety, emotional stability, and self-awareness. These experiences expanded her perspective on the connection between breath, mind, and body. Discovering the Oxygen Advantage approach further refined her work, providing practical, physiology-based frameworks that elevated both her teaching and coaching. Natalie now integrates these methods across her sessions as part of a grounded, evidence-informed approach to sustainable change.
Natalie offers both in-person and online sessions, including private 1:1 work, group sessions, and a structured six-week program. Her breath-led, mind–body programs support nervous system regulation, help clients rebuild self-trust and confidence, and move forward with greater clarity, authenticity, and grounded leadership in both professional and personal life.
