About Me
Certified Oxygen Advantage (OA) Functional Breathing Instructor, OA Breathing for Yoga Instructor, Yoga Teacher and Civil Engineer.
With over 30 years of experience as a civil engineer, I’ve developed a sharp eye for analysis, logical thinking, and a systems-based approach to complex structures. Today, I bring those same principles into my work with the human body and mind, not as fixed forms, but as living, breathing architecture, constantly capable of change.
My interest in physical and mental wellbeing started early. I began practicing yoga in my early twenties, drawn to its physical and meditative aspects. Only more recently did I discover the power of breathwork as a tool for regulating the nervous system and supporting both physical and mental wellbeing. Alongside my yoga practice, I create mandalas on canvas as a form of moving meditation.
Today, I work as an OA certified Functional breathing instructor and certified yoga teacher.
I lead OA breathwork sessions, both individually and in groups, with a focus on bringing Functional breathing into everyday life. I also collaborate with psychotherapists and physiotherapists, offering an integrated approach when working with clients.
I integrate Oxygen Advantage OA techniques into both, one-on-one and group yoga sessions.
I am offering a personalized approach for anyone looking to improve their breathing, sleep, physical health, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing.
I regularly organize workshops on Functional breathing, with the aim of raising awareness about the breath as a constantly available and powerful tool for self-regulation and mental-physical balance.
Clients often describe me as someone with a calming presence, a clear and logical approach, and an ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and understandable way.
Based in Skopje - Macedonia, I offer sessions in both Macedonian and English, in person and online.
