Hello! My name is Patrick Domaniczky I am an Osteopath, a Human Optimization specialist and entrepreneur from Asunción-Paraguay.
¡Hola! Mi nombre es Patrick Domaniczky soy Osteópata, especialista en Optimización Humana y empresario de Asunción-Paraguay.
Due to a car accident that shocked my entire body, I spend around 10 years suffering from chronic pain, inflammation, joint instability and sleep disorders. I was trying all different approaches to combat the pain without results, I was losing all motivation to reach my goals.
Debido a un accidente automovilístico que sacudió todo mi cuerpo, pasé alrededor de 10 años sufriendo de dolor crónico, inflamación, inestabilidad articular y trastornos del sueño. Estaba probando todos los enfoques diferentes para combatir el dolor sin resultados, estaba perdiendo toda motivación para alcanzar mis objetivos.
Until I came across to the Osteopathy, breathwork and functional breathing that really helped me finding the balance again, taking control of the Mind-Body functions and understand that by breathing right we can accomplish our goals.
Hasta que me encontré con la Osteopatía y la respiración funcional que me ayudaron a encontrar nuevamente el equilibrio, tomar el control de las funciones Mente-Cuerpo y entender que respirando bien podemos lograr nuestras metas en un ambiente interior seguro y poderoso.
By teaching and sharing the science, the different practice of functional breathing and the follow up to evolve step by step, we can increase our human capabilities.
