About Me
I hold a master’s degree in chiropractic with a clinical focus on functional neurology, cranial and upper cervical biomechanics, and human performance. Over the past 15 years, I have worked 1:1 with a wide range of clients and delivered resilience and performance training for a global company, helping teams develop focus and manage high-pressure environments.
My interest in functional breathing began when I was a teenager. I suffered from chronic asthma and realised I was always breathing through my mouth. My mum, a yoga teacher, was studying Buteyko techniques at the time and taught me some methods to help clear my nose. These worked, and my asthmatic symptoms completely resolved.
I now deliver breathwork coaching, nervous system training, and workshops to help people improve breathing efficiency, develop greater focus and clarity, and navigate change, growth, or key crossroads in life. I’m integrating Oxygen Advantage methods to help clients strengthen both their inner resilience and outer performance with proven, science-based tools.
Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, I offer both in-person and online sessions.
I typically work with high performers, professionals, and individuals looking to build long-term resilience and focus. I also help clients use breathwork as a tool to reconnect with themselves, deepen their meditation and self-development practices, and create greater clarity, energy, and presence.
