My own transformation from three digit weight to 63 kg taught me something important. Sustainable health isn’t about fighting your body. It’s about understanding it.

Today, I combine diagnostics, functional nutrition, lifestyle science, biohacking and breathwork to look at the bigger picture, helping people understand their body, build resilience and create healthier, more sustainable lives.
