About Me
1. Biography:
Balance is when we have body and mind working together with the same intention.
A functional live is when our systems are coordinated and aligned in our thoughts, feelings, and actions.
In the last years I've worked with many clients that search for motivation, focus, balance, health, flexibility, and happiness. Many times, we look inside our mind and brain but forgot that, sometimes the solution is in our body and particularly in our breathing patterns.
Knowing all the potential of a functional breathing and confirming all the trans-contextual results in people lives as been powerful to me and to my clients.
As a Coach, Master in Neuro-linguistic Programming, Neuro Strategist, Conscient Parenting Certificated Instructor, Wim Hof Method instructor and others holistic approaches, I'm always looking to see the global perspective.
Oxygen Advantage, their breathing knowledge and correct breathing patters as the potential to change, create healthy habits and integrate mind and body.
This physical and mechanical approach made a huge difference in my coaching sessions and now I also integrate the Psychophysiology to integrate and correlate all our systems.
First, we need to find correspondence inside our system, them we find and create this correspondence with others.
I work in Portugal mainly Porto/ Aveiro/ Lisbon and Albufeira. Most of my work is made through online sessions and/or directly with teams.
2. Background:
I come from the institutional and business areas but I´m in the personal development field since 2011.
I started with two Coaching certifications, business & life coaching, after the NLP Neuro-linguistic programming) practitioner and after the master degree. With the challenges in the relations with my kids I have invested in conscient parenting and I became a certified instructor.
After, I upgrade my knowledge in Neuro strategy and as a Wim Hof method instructor I found a way to integrate a physical dimension to personal development.
Now, with Oxygen Advantage, I integrate more breathing knowledge and protocols to upgrade the conscious in the breathing patterns and in the power of our own breath.
3. Geography:
I work in Portugal mainly Porto/ Aveiro/ Lisbon and Albufeira. Most of my work is made through online sessions and/or directly with teams.
4. Clients:
My clients are usually athletes, CEO´s, business people that are looking for better way to balance their live. People that look for the physical dimension to personal development and achieve more balance and better performance through breathing and other technics.
