I am an OA Advanced Instructor and Breathing for Yoga specialist, helping people build resilience, reduce stress and improve performance through evidence-based breath training and mindful self-regulation.
My work focuses on bringing calm, clarity and balance into everyday life by retraining the breath and supporting the nervous system. Whether someone is dealing with overwhelm, looking to improve focus, or wanting to show up with more steadiness in work or sport, breathwork provides a powerful and practical toolset for real change.
I offer tailored 1:1 sessions online and in person, supporting individuals with stress reduction, improved sleep, emotional regulation and performance under pressure. Group sessions and workplace programmes can also be arranged depending on location. I also run retreats in the UK, Europe and The Dominican Republic.
Nature is central to my approach, its natural rhythm, quietness and spaciousness help strengthen the mind–body connection. My love of the ocean and water sports often finds its way into my teaching, drawing on the same presence, ease and flow required in and on the water.
