Tamara, an Oxygen Advantage Breathing Coach, specializes in enhancing lives of women with chronic cyclical pain, corporate employees and individuals with transformative breathwork techniques. With a focus on overcoming stress-related sleep disorders, anxiety, and panic attacks—especially prevalent in the corporate world—she offers relaxation and wellness solutions tailored to each individual.

Tamara was born and raised in Switzerland and has been based in Dubai since 2015, where she offers her insights and coaching both online and in-person, in English and her native language, German.

Tamara's journey into breathwork began after a profound panic attack two years ago. This experience ignited her passion for addressing anxiety, headaches, stress, sleep disruptions and chronic cyclical pain through breathwork. Now, with a blend of meditation, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, rebirth breath therapies and functional breathing techniques, she is dedicated to helping others discover their own path to well-being.

Driven by her communication background and a commitment to personalized care, Tamara founded ‘Enhance by Tamara’ to guide her community towards self-discovery and holistic health through the power of breath.
