I am a Human Embodiment practitioner with a background in strength and conditioning, yoga, breathwork, meditation, stress management, sleep science and behavior change.
My work focuses on helping people better understand the relationship between breathing, the nervous system, physical state, emotions and behaviour. I combine evidence-informed breathing practices with movement, body awareness and practical behavioural strategies to support improved wellbeing, resilience and day-to-day regulation.
After more than five years working in strength and conditioning with adults and children, my approach gradually expanded beyond physical performance to include the broader factors that influence how we function and adapt under stress.
Through Way Of Living, I support people in reconnecting with their bodies, developing greater self-awareness and building practical skills they can use in everyday life. My Oxygen Advantage training complements this work by providing a structured approach to functional breathing, with applications across health, stress regulation, exercise and performance.
At the centre of my work is a simple principle: how we breathe, move and respond under stress can shape how we experience life.
