Tom Weaver runs Beam Development and Training with his wife, Lianne in Cardiff, Wales. Beam Development and Training supports organisations globally with wellbeing and personal development solutions including their own programmes, accredited workshops and therapeutic coaching.
Tom’s main role within the company is managing the day-to-day activities but since 2019 has developed a passion for helping people with their breathing. Tom grew up with breathing problems, like childhood asthma, snoring and was a smoker until his early 20’s. Understanding how breathing practices can support and change years of bad habits has sent Tom on a mission to help others correct years of dysfunctional breathing.
Tom is the lead at Beam Training on delivering breathwork to organisations and supporting clients on a 1-2-1 basis.
