Trevor Aird is a transformational coach, facilitator, and breathwork instructor based in Horsham West Sussex, where he enjoys life close to forest and sea and nurtures his passion for gardening. With extensive experience in the recovery sector, he helps individuals free themselves from substance abuse, negative habits, stress, overthinking so clients can reclaim their lives.
Certified as an Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Trainer and SOMA Breath Instructor, Trevor blends evidence-based breathwork with experiential coaching to reduce stress, improve focus, and accelerate natural wellbeing.
As leader of the Menshare Listening Circle he creates safe, insightful spaces where men can share, reflect, and grow. Drawing on his background as a stand-up comedian and speaker, his sessions are engaging, relatable, and often infused with humour, while his speaking style uniquely blends the spiritual with the surreal.
Passionate about the healing power of nature, he incorporates outdoor experiences into workshops and retreats to help clients reconnect with themselves and restore balance.
Currently studying to become a Polyvagal Felt Sense Trauma Coach, Trevor integrates trauma-informed practices and somatic awareness into his work. Guided by the Three Principles, he empowers clients to release limiting patterns, overcome stress and addiction, and cultivate sustainable personal growth.
