Parce que je recherche toujours des solutions efficaces et naturelles dans l’optimisation de la performance sportives et santé, je me suis orienté logiquement vers la formation Oxygène Advantage, pour devenir à ce jour Instructeur certifié.
Au sein de mon centre B-API (BRIGANT- Action-Posture-Innovation) en Bretagne, je soigne les personnes qui présentent des troubles de la posture et des douleurs chroniques. Spécialisé dans l’accompagnement des sportifs de haut niveau, je propose des formules surmesure alliant des approches innovantes de thérapies et d’entrainements indoor et out-door, basées sur les dernières découvertes en neuro-sciences et applicable facilement. Ostéopathie, Posturopathie®, Préférences Motrices (Approche ActionTypes®), respiration, bain froid et plus encore, vous permettront d’aller plus loin !
