Trained in psychology and education, I offer an approach that stands at the intersection of both fields. My work is both body-centered and nervous system-focused, and emphasizes regulation training through functional breathing, neurotraining, sensory training, rhythm, movement, and other approaches.
I work with both groups and individuals, whether through the Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Method or through integrative formats focused on regulation and resilience.
I work primarily in person, while online sessions can also be arranged upon request.
Sessions are available in both French and English.
I also created the “Balades Neuro” (“Neuro Walks”), a progressive body and nervous system regulation training process that combines guided walks in nature, ongoing support, and respect for each person’s individual pace and capacity. The “Balades Neuro” integrate breathing practices, rhythm, sensory training, targeted movement, and others to support people experiencing chronic stress, hypersensitivity, or the effects of trauma.
