I treated many musculoskeletal patients 10 years ago when I worked in the hospital and found out that many patients had breathing problems. Since then, I have been interested in breathing and started studying. While studying, I also realized that I had breathing problems, and I also improved my breathing function and symptoms a lot while practicing breathing.

I’ve been working as an exercise physiologist and exercise specialist, and I've been teaching the older people and musculoskeletal patients breathwork and exercise.
