Zora is a gerontologist, healthy aging coach, podcaster and biohacker. Her expertise is helping women over 50 combat fatigue, menopausal symptoms and other signs of aging.
When Zora turned 50, she worked with a cancer patient to overcome pain through breathwork techniques. The results were immediate and outstanding, encouraging her to pursue certification with the Oxygen Advantage as she preferred a scientific and evidence based approach to breathwork.
As a nomad, Zora works with her clients online in group sessions through her Hack My Age VIP program. She has built a strong influence on social media in the area of biohacking women 50+ and encourages everyone to learn how to breathe functionally to extend their healthy lifespans.
