I’ve spent most of my life in movement. From capoeira to strength training, my days were filled with six to eight hours of intense physical activity—sometimes more. As a coach and martial artist working across Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, and Brazil, I’ve always been drawn to the physical—but something was missing.
