EXPLORE THE ADVANCED INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

Built on peer-reviewed research. Approved by the bodies that lead the fitness industry.
Functional breathing is a physiological discipline, not a wellness trend. Every technique in the Oxygen Advantage® method is grounded in peer-reviewed research on CO₂ tolerance, oxygen delivery and autonomic regulation — which is why NASM, AFAA, NSCA and ACE approve the training for continuing education credit.

Continuing Education for Registered Yoga Teachers
The Oxygen Advantage® Breathing for Yoga course counts for continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance. Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) can log their hours directly with Yoga Alliance as a non-YACEP provider course.
What this means
Yoga Alliance is a registry, not an accrediting body. Unlike accredited CE providers, non-YACEP courses do not require pre-approval. Instead, you log your hours directly after course completion. One hour of course time equals one continuing education credit with Yoga Alliance. Full step-by-step instructions are provided at course completion.
Who this is for
Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) seeking continuing education hours to maintain their Yoga Alliance registration. This does not apply to fitness professionals or non-registered yoga practitioners.
Course hours
Breathing for Yoga (Level 1): 50 hours continuing education. Breathing for Yoga and Advanced (Full L1 + L2 Bundle): 100 hours continuing education.
