The Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor Training programme has equipped me with advanced techniques to optimize breathing for better health and wellbeing. I plan to integrate these functional breathing techniques into my Qigong teaching and wellness consultancy, enhancing the benefits for my clients. By combining the principles of Oxygen Advantage with the ancient wisdom of Qigong, I aim to offer a comprehensive approach to health that addresses both the physical and mental aspects of wellbeing.
