All of the areas I offer training in involve creating physical and mental adaptation, to make us healthier, stronger, fitter and happier. Each contributes to “making normal easier”, and “making the incredible possible”. My goal is to bring these benefits to as many people as possible – whether in sports performance, physical health, or mental clarity and peace.  

I have been using focused breathing methods for many years now, and it is emphatically the best thing I have ever done for my health and fitness. This is why I spend my time bringing the same to other people.

I have always been active in sports and fitness, including martial arts, football, snow sports and swimming for most of my life. To the martial arts side, I added boxing since 2011.

In 2017 I began using focused breathing practices to improve endurance and sports performance. The impact it had was incredible, taking my health and fitness to another level. But while my motivation was initially sports performance, I experienced many other benefits outside of this area. These included remedying existing physical injuries and inflammation, a stronger immune system, managing stress, harnessing focus, clarity and composure. 

After personally experiencing benefits way beyond my expectations for several years, I decided to begin training others. I am a certified instructor in both Oxygen Advantage and Wim Hof Method. These two methods have some areas of cross-over, but they also have some clear differences and I believe are highly complementary. I also hold a black belt (1st dan) in Shukokai Karate, and I am a Level 1 Coach with Boxing Australia.
