Prior to my training, I spent 22 years in law enforcement and experienced the challenges associated with maintaining a balanced life and nervous system. During this period, I engaged with the Wim Hof Method, which facilitated my ability to regulate my autonomic nervous system. Additionally, as an athlete and indoor cycling instructor, I developed an interest in the Oxygen Advantage, focusing on nasal breathing and functional breathing patterns for improved health and athletic performance.
My goal is to promote awareness of the importance of listening to one’s body and making positive lifestyle changes. I aim to encourage individuals to step slightly out of their comfort zones while respecting the signals from their bodies. Breathwork offers benefits for everyone, whether it is for better stress management, anxiety relief, or enhanced athletic performance. My objective is to guide individuals in understanding the body’s natural ability to heal and optimize itself.
