Hello! My name is Andreas García and for several years I have been teaching mindfulness and breathing practices courses. After going through a difficult stage, with a lot of stress and anxiety, I naturally became closer to inner care, self-knowledge and the development of a more resilient and serene mind. I am a naturopath, breathing and mindfulness instructor. I teach mainly online although I sometimes do workshops or in-person courses in different cities in Spain. To expand my knowledge about proper breathing, I found it essential to take the OA course, since it offers a solid scientific basis and is really practical for everyday use.
Generally, I work with clients seeking to live with more balance, calm, and physical and mental strength.
