My name is Monique and I’m based in Bridport, Dorset. I have 20 years of experience teaching functional flow yoga and now integrating functional breathwork for groups, retreats, and one-to-one in-person and online live sessions.
I discovered Oxygen Advantage techniques at a low point when I was struggling with terrible anxiety. with the OA exercises I learnt about how to address poor breathing and to calm high anxiety quickly. I predominantly specialize in designing breathwork and yoga courses for women in mid-life dealing with hormonal changes that challenge mood, wellbeing, and not feeling yourself anymore. It’s exciting to share these practices and hear the great feedback when other women can take back some control and embrace a natural phase of life.
