I bring with me over 20 years of experience in holistic practices with individuals and groups, in person and on-line: as an integrative counselor and psychotherapist, HeartMath™ facilitator, Hatha yoga instructor (500 RYT), Breathing Coach and Reiki master, among others.
I have always had a fascination with the human body, mind, and consciousness and I have experimented with different approaches in order to deepen my understanding.
My journey began with a personal quest for self-understanding and self-awareness through meditation and my training to become a counselor and psychotherapist. The practice of hatha yoga initially started as a hobby in 2006, until it became an integral part of who I am and trained as yoga instructor (500 RYT), becoming certified in 2019. It was through the practice and training in yoga that I first encountered the magic of breathing.
Since 2020, I have completed breathing trainings in various approaches ranging from numerous pranayama trainings to apnea training with Dr. Stig Severinson and more recently the Advanced Instructor training with Patrick Mckeown. It amazes me that we are often unaware of the incredible tool we literally have right under our noses to affect our health and well-being!
I am commited to guiding and empowering all those on their own journeys of self-discovery and well-being, whether it be to: improve sleep, mental and physical performance; promote mental clarity and the ability to focus; stabilize emotions and mood swings; increase resilience; diminish stress, anxiety and fatigue; reduce tightness, pain and improve mobility, flexibility and strength.
