Kate Cubley is a vocal coach, singing teacher and breathing coach with extensive experience in voice pedagogy and performance coaching, currently pursuing a PhD. Her journey into functional breathing began through her research on respiratory health for vocalists, leading her to explore breath training techniques that enhance both on-stage performance and overall well-being. She integrates Oxygen Advantage® methods to help singers, athletes, and creative professionals improve breath efficiency, stamina, recovery, and focus, as well as to manage performance anxiety and stage fright.
Kate is the founder of Tala Performance, based in the UK, and offers both online and in-person coaching to clients worldwide. Whether supporting a singer’s breath control, a speaker’s vocal stamina, an athlete’s respiratory efficiency, all whilst optimizing performance and promoting flow, she provides tailored 1:1 coaching and a variety of group classes to help individuals breathe, move, and perform at their best.
