That’s when I reconnected with one of my lifelong passions: sport.
Physical activity has always been part of my life, but this time I was looking for something deeper—something that could help me not only perform better, but live better. That search led me to the breath.
After reading The Oxygen Advantage, I was fascinated by how breathing can influence performance, focus, recovery, and stress management. I decided to become a certified instructor and now guide others in discovering the power of functional breathing.
I work with two main groups: – People who want to reduce anxiety, improve focus, and build greater stress resilience in daily life. – Athletes who want to enhance endurance, recovery, and performance.
I live in Arcore, Italy, and I offer both in-person and online sessions. Each program is tailored to the individual—whether your goal is calm or competition, we’ll use the breath as your most powerful ally.
My offering includes a 4-week program, with both 1:1 sessions and group sessions, where we explore the foundations of proper breathing: nasal, functional, and mindful.
In addition, I’ve created an active community on LinkedIn, where I regularly share content about breathwork, personal growth, and performance. I also write a newsletter entirely dedicated to breathing, to help more people discover how powerful and accessible this practice can be.
