I am a recreational athlete and remote-working professional, with a long-standing interest in practical health tools. I teach Oxygen Advantage® techniques both in person in San Francisco, USA, and remotely to clients around the world. My passion for breathwork began early: I struggled with childhood asthma, and it was through exploring nasal breathing that I first experienced how profoundly breath can impact my physical health and mental resilience. Around the same time, I undertook an 8-day fast, and the experience added clarity around how diet influences breathing, and in turn, nervous system balance, HRV, and overall well-being.

Today, I integrate this understanding into practical breathing exercises to improve performance, recovery, and daily vitality. I work with a range of clients—from recreational athletes to busy professionals. Whether you’re looking to boost focus, energy, and joy, or navigate stress, burnout, or chronic tension, I love helping people reconnect with that “wow, that felt effortless” sensation in movement, focus, or rest.

Personally, I’ve applied Oxygen Advantage® methods to rock climbing, swimming, weight training, jogging, hiking (including at high altitude), skiing, and yes, even desk work! No matter the activity, one big lesson I’ve learned is that breath can turn effort into ease, and I love helping clients tap into that realization.
