My journey into breathwork began with a deep interest in the mind-body connection and how simple, accessible techniques can have a profound impact on physical and emotional wellbeing. When I discovered the Oxygen Advantage, it immediately resonated with my approach—evidence-based, practical, and empowering. I teach Oxygen Advantage breathwork as a stand-alone practice and integrate it seamlessly into my wellbeing coaching and meditation sessions, helping clients enhance their everyday energy, focus, and stress response.
I am based in the UK and offer sessions both in-person across South East London and online. I work 1:1 and with groups, delivering workshops, coaching programmes, and nature-based wellbeing sessions. I particularly enjoy supporting individuals who are navigating stress, burnout, or anxiety, as well as those seeking to improve their sleep, boost their energy, and enhance physical or mental performance.
My style is supportive, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I often weave nature into my work—whether through mindful walks or breathwork in outdoor settings—creating space for deeper connection and restoration.
