Brian “Coach Bry” Talaro is a Certified Functional Breathing Coach (Oxygen Advantage®) and a longtime Qi Gong practitioner rooted in a traditional lineage. After nearly two decades of personal practice and his own recovery from chronic insomnia and anxiety, Brian trained formally in the Oxygen Advantage method to bring simple, science-backed breathing into a practical, day-to-day toolkit.
