On a daily basis he supports and challenges elite athletes, CEOs and others who want to become healthier, stronger and happier.
For them to effectively reach their goals he uses expert knowledge on movement function, pedagogical experience and scientific data from different research fields. In order to maintain high effectiveness he is constantly learning with an intention of bringing his work to a higher level.
On top of that, he cooperates with other specialists including physiotherapists, psychotherapists, psychologists, medical doctors and coaches of various sports teams.
Often he also shares his knowledge via workshops and seminars with people who are interested in the area of movement and health.
Trough constant studying and with a desire to serve others on a highest level possible along the way he graduated at Faculty of Sport, became a certified yoga teacher, Structural Bodywork practitioner (Anatomy Trains), ATIT assistant and Oxygen Advantage instructor.
During his work with numerous people he became familiar with the fact on how frustrating it can be when you put a great amount of effort in specific area of interest but you do not achieve results which you want and deserve.
This is why for the past decades he is developing efficient strategies to reach the highest possible performance level by movement and breathing optimization.
