Roman is Health coach based in Brno, Czech republic. In a 2016, he together with his wife Vendy started Intervention, coaching company focused on teaching people how to live healthier and more fulfilling lives. Their clients are mainly everyday athletes, people from all walks of life, who wish to improve their health and overall well-being through simple lifestyle changes.
As a StrongFirst and FMS certified instructor, Roman understood the value of a good breathing but lacked easy to do, low tech, high concept system for improving breath quality (and quantity) in his clients. That changed when he discovered the Oxygen Advantage. Easy, yet highly effective program, that was capable of improving the health of sixty years old grandmother, just as a sport performance of Olympic level athlete.
Given the compatibility between the Oxygen Advantage and the other systems they are certified in, the Oxygen Advantage (and by extension Buteyko breathing) quickly became one of the main pillars of the Intervention Coaching together with Nutrition, Movement, Sleep and Cold exposure.
As of now, they are offering their services both in person and online to Czech and English speaking clients
