An Irishman abroad, originate from a small beautiful rural village in Ireland of about 2000 people & currently find myself living in the amazing North Yorkshire countryside. A few short months ago I didn’t know anything in relation to the oxygen advantage, I had been a persistent mouth breather all my life, starting with a bolt score of 8, my bolt score is now 28 ( still room to improve ) which has enhanced my quality of life dramatically.
