I love to help my client’s regenerate and rejuvenate their health and energy to optimal levels through nutrition, breath work and heart rate variability coaching. I work closely with a local personal trainer and running club to improve their breathing function. This is detrimental, physiologically, mentally and emotionally.
Retraining how we breathe throughout the day and during exercise can have a profound impact on how every system in the body functions as well as our energy and resilience. This is because of the deep connection between the way we breathe, our emotions and our heart all of which helps to regulate our autonomic nervous system. The way we breathe can also underpin muscoskeletal issues because the diaphragm is integral to core stability and functional movement.
