Hi! I’m Erin Lauer Johnson. I live in Chicago, Illinois. I am an Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Instructor, a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and founder of the Pilates Artistry Training & Education school. I have been practicing Pilates for almost 20 years.

I have cured my life-long asthma through the Oxygen Advantage® program and I want to help others heal. I am now on a mission to help others heal and to revolutionize the Pilates industry. I want to change the way Pilates classes are structured. I am integrating the OA exercises into Pilates and I am teaching continuing education courses to movement teachers. In my courses, I am teaching movement teachers how to integrate the exercises to get better results and experiences from their students.
