I am 43 years old and now I finally know what I truly want to teach! My grandma was the founder of a college that started with 2 students and 2 type writers. She was a beautiful role model and would always say,” In this life we should strive to make others lives better because we were there.”

This motto is definitely ingrained in me and now I finally know one way, I will make an impact on the universe. Thanks to Buteyko, Oxygen Advantage, and Wim Hof Method, I am on a path I believe in and I have so much to learn as I am getting deeper into myself and the method.

I have struggled with anxiety and depression at times.

I have watched loved ones pass due to mental illness and substance abuse. I have struggled with my own issues regarding- escaping this messed up reality we are possibly being projected.

I have noticed some of the most beautiful beings get so mixed up and these outside sources of escape end up leading to our demise.

Patrick Mckeown and Wim Hof have taught me how to connect from inside myself so I can heal and do not have to search outside myself. I am also a certified Wim Hof Instructor as well as Level 1 Biohacker from Kasper Van Der Meulen’s certification.

Kasper Van Der Meulen (Master Wim Hof teacher and Biohacker) introduced me to Buteyko when I was certifying for Wim Hof.

The interesting thing I learned is we should be working on Buteyko first as the building blocks for all these methods until we get our breathing functional again.

I am introducing a Buteyko, Oxygen advantage mix to meet clients and athletes where they are and customize programs to work on functional breathing patterns as a foundation and then blow through that, to next level with high altitude simulation and elite athlete status. This goes for even many top of the line athletes!

A good teacher is always a student. I am so excited to dedicate my life to learning and guiding beautiful souls to tap into their own true nature and inner fire!
