This is Juliana Monteiro, I’m Brazilian and I’ve been working as a fitness instructor since 2007.

I have master degree in Physical Education and post grad. Strength Training in UFRJ.

I work as coach trying to change people’s life connecting wellness to their lifestyle.

After long years working in a big company in Brazil (BODYTECH) and in my own business I decided to go further, so now I’m living in Abu Dhabi working at THE BRIDGE LIFESTYLE HUB and with online sessions usually with woman and teenagers.

We decide to add this course to our coaches understanding how the quality of our breath can affect the performance and recover.
