While playing college football I developed a serious interest in strength and conditioning. I continued to pursue this passion by going on to compete in CrossFit when my football days were over. After becoming a strength and conditioning coach, I discovered the immense benefits of functional breathing for both physical and mental health. Excited by this discovery, I began exploring various breath training techniques and eventually found the Oxygen Advantage. The Oxygen Advantage, in combination with mobility work, has become an integral part of my training programs and has yielded significant results for my athletes.
My coaching experience is quite diverse, ranging from working with UFC fighters to Olympian swimmers, and even CrossFit Games athletes. I primarily offer online coaching services, but also work in person with individuals in the Knoxville, Tennessee area. By incorporating functional breathing and other techniques into my coaching, I aim to help all my athletes reach their full potential and achieve their goals on and off the field.
