Anne is a Northeastern PA-based Physical Therapist, Metabolic Efficiency Specialist and Adaptive Athlete Trainer. She owns a private concierge PT and wellness practice, Thumann Physical Therapy, LLC, that allows her to treat clients of all ages in the clinic, in their homes and online.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, with additional certifications in metabolic efficiency training, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, blood flow restriction training, adaptive athlete training, myofascial cupping and release.

Anne has practiced in a variety of settings, allowing her to gain experience and expertise working with individuals of varying health status and experience levels. Her treatments are focused on analyzing and correcting movement patterns, improving efficiency and teaching people how to regain control of their health and performance.
