Breathing has always been a part of my clinical work, but with the oxygen advantage I incorporate breathing even more in my everyday training with my clients, and I teach them exercises they can do at home, to improve their everyday breathing which leads to better sleep and wellbeing.
I teach fysio pilates and fysio flow where breathing plays a big part to get the full potential of the training.
I also want to focus on women going through menopause, and how breathing can help.
In my spare time I´m running and doing physical training, where I incorporate breathing, which has improved my training, and my recovery. I also guide other athletes in breathing exercises to optimize their energy turnover, better recovery and less strain to the body.
