I run Breath Club, a twice-weekly space where people explore relaxation breathwork and immersive visualisations, and Stretch Club, a gentle mobility class designed for older adults. I also offer massage therapy and one-to-one sessions that weave together movement, breath, and body awareness.
I first trained as a Pilates instructor before expanding into breath-based methods, including the Wim Hof Method. I was drawn to the Oxygen Advantage because of its science-based approach to functional breathing and performance. By integrating these techniques, I can support clients with stress management, focus, sleep, recovery, and overall resilience.
I teach both online and face to face, and I welcome anyone who wants to feel better in their everyday body, whether that means managing stress, rebuilding after injury, exploring longevity practices, or simply moving and breathing with more ease.
My philosophy is simple: breath and movement are tools that belong to everyone.
