Da anni mi dedico alla promozione del benessere psicofisico attraverso pratiche che integrano movimento consapevole, respirazione e mindfulness. Sono maestro di Taijiquan stile Chen Xiaojia, disciplina che insegno in contesti individuali e di gruppo.

Il mio approccio unisce la tradizione orientale a moderne tecniche di consapevolezza corporea e mentale. Come istruttore di mindfulness, conduco percorsi guidati e seminari esperienziali per favorire centratura, gestione dello stress e benessere globale.

Con la certificazione Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor, ho integrato la respirazione funzionale nei miei programmi, offrendo benefici concreti in termini di energia, lucidità e resilienza.

Collaboro con palestre e centri benessere e offro sessioni anche online. Credo nel potere trasformativo del respiro, del movimento e della presenza mentale. As a mindfulness teacher, I design experiential workshops and guided programs to foster clarity, resilience, and inner calm.

Through my training as an Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor, I’ve integrated evidence-based breathing techniques into my sessions—helping clients unlock greater energy, focus, and emotional stability.
