Izabella is a Somatic Coach and Breathwork Facilitator who teaches professionals, leaders, and high achievers how to regulate their nervous system to prevent burnout and live meaningful, joyous, and healthy lives. Izabella believes that there is an inherent connection between our body, mind, and spirit—and taking care of all three is the ultimate key to building resilience, productivity, and creativity.

She offers 1:1 and group online & in-person sessions and brings breathwork to retreats, corporate offsites, and team development programs, helping teams foster deeper connection, collaboration, and high performance through nervous system regulation.

With over a decade of experience in various organizations in resource development, people and project management, and policy development—from the nonprofit sector to the tech industry—Izabella has led organizational restructuring, cross-functional agile teams, and experienced the fast-paced environment of working in a startup.

Alongside the Oxygen Advantage training, she is a Mastery Method Certified Coach, a RESET Breathwork Facilitator (conscious connected breathing), and a Trauma-Informed 500hr Yoga Teacher (Kundalini, Restorative, Nidra & Hatha Yoga). She is currently undergoing a certification program in Breath Science.
