I walked away from the prescribed life and looked to follow my spirit. I first found Qigong, a practice of presence, that led to an excursion in Scotland whereupon I was first introduced to Oxygen Advantage.
Quickly understanding and experiencing the resilience that proper breathing can build in body and mind, I undertook the instructor program in order to share this newfound mental and physical health practice with as many people that will listen. I instruct groups and individuals in person or online who wish to enhance their physical and cognitive performance as well as learn nervous system regulation, which is a skill too few know.
